Programs
The Beginning Experience (BE) Weekend is the foundation of the program. Participants spend the entire weekend in a retreat like atmosphere. From Friday evening until Sunday afternoon in a safe and caring environment. The BE Weekend has proven to help individuals make a new beginning in life. The experience provides support and direction and offers participants an opportunity to re-evaluate their lives and to move on to the future with renewed hope.

Below is a listing of other programs and a short description:
Support Group (Level l) Builds a basic support system for the individual and offers a safe place to express feelings. Participants will meet once per week for six weeks which can lead to a Beginning Experience Weekend. (i.e. Coping program) or as a follow-up to the BE Weekend (i.e., Continued Beginnings).
Support Group (Level 2) This Program addresses the former relationship and the individual part in that relationship. This program uses the book When Your Relationship Ends by Dr. Bruce Fisher as a guide for leading discussions about the topics covered in this program.
Support Group (Level 3) This is a journey of self discovery towards internal happiness. Many of us seek happiness from external sources such as money or other people, but true happiness comes from within. This program uses the book Happiness is an Inside Job by John Powell to supplement the discussions covered by this program.
Support Group (Level 4) This Program deals with the development or enhancement of communication skills on a personal level. It is designed to help those individuals considering a new relationship or who are already into a new relationship. To establish communication skills which can help them to avoid problems similar to those that were experienced in their past relationship(s). This program utilizes teams of two persons who may or may not be in a relationship together to practice various communications skills and techniques.
Support Group (Level 5) This Program is for couples who are seriously considering marriage or who are recently remarried.
